Pleiades Supercomputer

The Pleiades supercomputer, with 47,104 quad-core processors, was recently installed at the NASA Advanced Supercomputing (NAS) facility at NASA Ames Research Center. Pleiades debuted at number three on the November 2008 Top500 list of the world's most powerful computers.
