2. The PI signs each team member's Account Request Form to verify their identity and need to work on computing project. Each user must sign the acceptable use statement included in this form.

3. Fax the completed form to NAS User Services at 650-604-1777.

1. New users fill out and submit an:

Note: PIs must get their accounts first and then authorize other users on their computational projects using the PI Portal.

2. Filling out the form results in a copy of the NCCS User Agreement. Print, sign, and fax it to 301-286-1634 or mail it to:
